إن هذه المخطوطة تعتبر واحدة من أشهر الدراسات الطبية العربية في القرون الوسطى، وهي كتاب المنصوري في الطب، الدراسة التي ألفها أبو بكر محمد بن زكريا الرازي (865-925) الطبيب وعالم الطبيعة والفيلسوف والكيميائي الفارسي الشهير، وذلك في بداية القرن العاشر. كما هو واضح من العنوان، فإن هذا الكتاب مُهدى إلى المنصور بن إسحاق، حاكم مقاطعة الري (إيران حالياً ومسقط رأس الرازي). عاش الرازي و المعروف كذلك باسمه اللاتيني، رازيز في الري لمدة لا تقل عن 30 عاماً وأصبح مديراً لمستشفاها. وانتقل لاحقاً إلى بغداد، عاصمة الخلافة العباسية، حيث عمل مديراً للمستشفى المحلي الشهير هناك وألف عدداً هائلاً من الأعمال الطبية والفلسفية والكيميائية. يُعد كتاب المنصوري في الطب واحداً من أشهر عملين ألَّفهما، أما الآخر فهو الموسوعة الطبية الشاملة كتاب الحاوي في الطب، والذي اكتسب شهرة في الغرب تحت العنوان اللاتيني ليبر كونتينينز إن محتويات الفصول العشر لـكتاب المنصوري في الطب نظرية وعملية، وهي مرتبة على النحو التالي: الفصول من الأول للسادس تتناول الحمية الغذائية والنظافة والتشريح وعلم وظائف الأعضاء وعلم الأمراض العامة والجراحة، وهي موضوعات اعتبرها المؤلف إلى حد ما نظرية. أما بالنسبة للفصول الأربع الأخيرة من الكتاب فهي مخصصة لعرض الجوانب العملية للطب مثل التشخيص والمعالجة وعلم الأعضاء الخاص والجراحة العملية. في أواخر القرن الثاني عشر، قام جيراردو دي كريمونا بترجمة كتاب المنصوري في الطب إلى اللغة اللاتينية، والذي كان آنذاك مترجماً نشطاً للأعمال العلمية العربية في طليطلة بإسبانيا. أما العنوان الذي اشتهر به هذا العمل في الغرب فهو ليبر ميديسيناليس أد ألمانسورم أو بشكل مبسط ليبر ألمانسوريس. وقد اشتهر القسم التاسع من الكتاب، وهو نقاش مفصل عن علم الأمراض الطبية بالجسم من الرأس إلى القدم، بشكل خاص وانتشر في الترجمات اللاتينية المستقلة تحت عنوان ليبر نونيس. وتم نسخ هذا القسم من كتاب الرازي وكُتب عليه الكثير من التعليقات حتى القرن السابع عشر. إن المخطوطة المعروضة هنا مزخرفة بعناوين بالحبر الأحمر وتُظهر العديد من الملاحظات الهامشية، بما في ذلك ملاحظة مشوقة مطولة للغاية بحروف أمهرية تم حفظها في العمل في وقت مبكرمؤلف الكتاب : أبو بكر محمد بن زكريا الرازي تاريخ الانشاء :1400م-1500م عدد الصفحات 346تحميل النسخة الاصلية: كتاب المنصوري في الطب
